Bookstock Used Book Sale
The Bookstock used book sale will be back and on the Green this year at the
festival’s new dates of May 16-17-18! We will begin our used book
collection drive this week at Town Hall in the Village. Book donations may
be dropped off in the Town Hall lobby Monday (Feb. 24), Wednesday (Feb.
26), and Friday (Feb. 28) from 1:30-3:30pm. Look for the Bookstock sign
and representatives as you enter the building. We are unable to accept the
following types of books: reference, foreign language, travel guides (as
opposed to travel writing/memoir), dvds/cds. workbooks, textbooks, or
yearbooks. Your donations will help us keep Bookstock free: the better the
donated books, the better chance of them finding a new home and
contributing to this goal! So, thank you in advance for assistance in
making the best used books available. Please do not drop off books outside
of these time windows.
There will be regular weekly drop off days (and an additional drop off
location) until April 7. We are finalizing the details, so if you can’t
make it this week, keep a watch out for more information on the donation
schedule for the weeks of March 3 to April 7.
If you would like to donate books to the Norman Williams Public Library,
please continue to drop those books at the library for their Lobby Sale and
their Rare and Vintage Book sale, which will take place at the library
during the Bookstock Festival. It will be a weekend used book bonanza.
If you have questions or would like to make a donation but are unable to
drop books off, please contact Stephanie Reger at info@bookstockvt.org.
